ROWAN CONNECT Wellness Retreat
7 and 8 February 2026
This February, Rowan Connect invites knitters and creative enthusiasts to take part in a weekend of inspiration, creativity, and wellbeing with the Rowan Connect Wellness Retreat, happening online on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th February 2026.
Designed to uplift and energise during one of the year’s gloomiest months, the retreat blends knitting, mindfulness, and creative exploration into a warm, supportive online community. Participants can enjoy live workshops, talks, and guided sessions covering everything from colourwork and texture techniques to journaling, chair yoga, Tai Chi, and restorative practices.
